Anyone buy from Alpha Omega in Boston area

Has anyone done business with any of the Alpha Omega stores in the greater Boston area, mainly the store at the Prudential Center or Burlington mall? Are the knowledgable, and what kind of discount can I expect?

If they are not very good, any other recomendations in the Boston or southern NH area?
