Re: Anyone buy from Alpha Omega in Boston area

I visited the Alpha Omega Store in Burlington, MA but found them unwilling to discount their Omega's beyond 15%. I might have been able to get 20% off retail if I really pushed. Instead, I bought my SMP 2531.80 from Ashford.com and went to Alpha Omega to have the watch sized. Paid $10 which was reimbursed by Ashford.

Thereafter I placed another order with Ashford for a women's constellation 95 with partial gold links. Same watch sizing routine.

I found Alpha to be knowledgeable, but not as sharp as many of the people here. Once you have gotten to this point (found this forum)you are probably more knowledgeable than their reps. I think they are very reputable, but you WILL pay more if you buy there. Long's Jeweler's (I met witht eh owner's son) is more competitive and willing to "deal"; however, tehy have substantial overhead and still cannot compete aggressively with Ashford.com.

Hope this helps.
