It's a shame that Rolex has got this "used car dealer" tag.
The Sub is a fantastic watch, came out in the fifties with a timeless design which whether we like it or not Omega have taken quite a few ideas from.
The SMP is also a great watch and easily available (6 months wait for Sub in UK)
Both watches are of a similar quality therefore the SMP is better value.
However I believe the Sub to be the pioneer of the modern dive watch style its just a pity they got so expensive.
