Yes: Diamond.com, Diamonddepot.com and WorldOfWatches.com are all owned by Odimo Inc.
No: I personally do not consider them reputable. They sell Omegas with the Serial Number removed. I bought one of them (DiamondDepot.com) a little over a year ago. When I found this out, I returned it for a refund, and that was like pulling teeth. I would stay away.
