need info on Seamaster

Hi,
I just inherited an Omega Seamaster and I have no information about it. If someone could help me detrmine the year (and maybe est. value) that will be great.
It is manual; has the 12/3/6/9 hour numbers; small second dial. Gold. On the back it has:

Any help would be appreciated.
