Serial Number- Inside?

Hello, I just bought a Seamaster Pro 300 (James Bond Style) and cannot find the serial number on the bracelet lug. All I could find on the clasp was this:

Stainless Steel
XXXX/XXX (_) OMEGA

Is this (XXXX/XXX) the serial number?

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks a lot.
