That's a lot, but should be able to be adjusted to correct.

That is disturbing. It is possible that the insides of the watch came loose in shipment.
I would contact the seller and ask them about that. The seller seems to be a highly reputed eBay user and runs a coin business on the Internet. Odds are the seller will try to do you right on this.
