The full size should look good on you unless you are significantly greater or lesser than average height and weight.
Frankly, the size of the watch relative to the size of your wrist has the OPPOSITE effect from what you might expect! Wearing the mid size when you have skinny wrists can make you look odd because it *emphasizes* how slender your wrists are. Similarly, guys with big and husky arms can look funny with the full size, as it emphasises how large and thick their arms are.
