Here is a trivial technical question about the minute hand operation on my Speedmaster Pro Moon Watch: When setting time I like to have the minute hand on the mark when the second hand is at 60 (the top). I noticed this was easier to do with my Omega. It seems the minute hand "adjusts" to slight errors in placement when synching with the second hand. It must have some kind of cam mechanism or is it my imagination? Anyhow it is always perfectly aligned at all minute marks whenever I set the time. Truly a work of perfection. I know my quartz watch can't do this.
