Not on the current Semaster Pros.

To be safe, 10 pm to 2 am.

Several owners I have spoken with are in law enforcement or the military and say they have not had problems wearing their modern Omega watches while shooting.
Remember, when shooting, like golfing, normally you wear your watch on the opposite wrist from the hand that takes the bulk of the force.
Certainly, it is cheap insurance to put your watch in your pocket when you are planning to shoot. But I wouldn't worry about it to much if you need to shoot and don't have time to take the watch off.
