If you're in the New York City Metro area try Kenjo at 40 Wall St. They're my vendor of choice. They have a midtown store as well but I've never dealt with them.
They're an authorized dealer, have good prices, watches are in stock, and they're extremely knowledgeable about their products. I believe they will ship. If you call, speak to Mike or Sec and tell them Mark Silverstein recommended them.
I've purchased several watches from them including a full sized auto Bond SMP. Their service and knowledge was exemplary. After hearing horror stories regarding the pricing and product knowledge of other dealers, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
