Just advanced my date, checked the time with time.gov. My Bond SMP was within 10 seconds of the actual time. Haven't checked or adjusted it for the past two months. GREAT watch. Guess the sleeping crown up method works for me. Oh ya, it's an automatic too..LOL. My date advances 6 seconds after midnight so that's pretty accurate too.
