Derek, Sorry of annoying that much. Believe me I've got the right idea. I guess It's a communication problem so I'll try asking it for the *last time*:

My question is why -4/+6 rather than for instance -5/+5 or any other combination? I mean why for the COSC test they determined to allow the slow down rate to be smaller than the gaining rate?
