Take it right away to your jeweler--preferrably the one that last did any resizing of it for you.
It is very likely that they lost one or both of the CRITICAL locking collars that hold the pins in place. Those must be replaced or you risk the watch falling off your wrist and being damaged.
See this photo for an idea what they look like. They are very small, only about 2mm long.
