Yes, that's the way it is. I bought from Silvermagic and I have been to a aut. dealer for getting my braclet adjusted. I paid 5$ for that action. The dealer asked me where I did buy the watch and I told him "Zurich" and that was OK. Then he gave a lot of info about maintenance so I have a good business relation to him. And keep in mind, it's just a watch.
