Don't know. Why don't you ask *them* what they meant?

New Omegas can be bought, at best, for about 40% off retail if you are willing to take the most questionable unauthorized dealer.

Used ones can be bought for near 50% of retail price.

So the best I know of would be to buy two used ones. And certainly, the steel ones are less.
