So far I am having a problem and they are trying to solve it for me. My watch came to me without any serial numbers on it which an authorized dealer will not do. Hold off for now or go to swatch group of Canada. At swatch group you will get a serial numbered watch but you will pay a little more (my watch was $1900 cash taxes in). Swatch group sells for around $2600. If I get a watch with a serial number I will post you back. Don't mention this conversation with them because I might not get my watch. always check for the serial number (on the lug closest to 7:00 position).
