Hi;
This is a problem from a customer , last year he brought a full golden Constellation ( old model ) in for repair . The painted numbers were worn . Happens regular , at the Omega service centre a new bezel was placed for a nice amount of money ( around 430$ ) It took them 6 weeks .
Three monts later the man was back angry because again numbers were going . The watch was send to O.s.s. again , after some time we got the info that the watch was in Swiss . After some more time ( weeks ) we were told that it would take around six ( 6 ) months to repair .
Offcourse the client asked the watch back . This was inpossible because the bezel was removed and they , in Swiss , could't find it back , " Probably already dumped in the "old gold " basket " was the replie .
I can't tell the replie of the client , I stay polite on the net , but you can imagine .
My question ; does anybody else have , had , problems with the constellation bezels , and how was it resolved ?
