No. You will find sweep second hands only on watches with mechanical (manual wind or automatic) movements.
Quartz watches do not have a sweep second hand. Even on very expensive quartz watches, the second hand still 'jumps' once a second.

Try giving a local authorized dealer a chance to win your business. If they fail to impress you with either their price or knowledge, then maybe you should consider buying over the Internet. But remember, any watch dealer that allows you to buy online will not be an Omega authorized dealer.
