I just called for the fun of it.........

They were very hesitant to give me the price, and said only a jeweler or watchmaker could purchase parts from them. I finally coaxed the price out of her. She said the price for the Hesalite Crystal was $20 and the price of the Sapphire display back (for my 3572.50.00) is $120. She also gave me the name, address and phone number of the Southern California Service Center. That is good to know.
