Is it normal for a Seamaster 120m's (Omega 1120 movement) to be relatively noisy compared to, say, a Rolex Datejust mechanical movement? My new 120 seems to be fairly noisy when it is winding by movements such as jogging or bringing it up to my ear quickly. I don't mind it if it is normal. Also, how often would someone recommend sending in a new watch for a 'tune-up'. I've heard every 5 years, and I've heard don't fix it if it ain't broke.
