My Seamaster Pro Chrono occasionally runs as much as six seconds slow in 24 hours. It tends to do this when I use the chrono a lot or accidentally leave the chrono function running for most of the day.
15 seconds fast seems excessive, and well outside what I think you should expect of a chronometer certified watch. I'm no expert, but I think Ruckdee's advice is sound. Give it a week, then take it to the dealer.
I'm sorry to hear you're having this kind of trouble. The Seamaster Chrono is, generically, one of the greatest watches on the market. Here's hoping you get the situation resolved. Good luck.
