Agreed, I would NEVER,EVER send ANY watch to the service center for AFTER warranty service! As a matter of fact, I would be DIS-INCLINED to send it there for IN-WARRANTY service. Derek and I have a disagreement in this area. I understand the fact that this is an OMEGA site. To me, it is stupid to pack your watch up, send it to wherever, and hope/trust you get good service and not a rip-off. FIND A GOOD LOCAL WATCH-MAKER is my advice.
