Doesn't bother me at all--and I've owned mine for over 3 1/2 years! I have slender wrists, so you'd think I'd be the first to object to a heavy watch like this knocking around on my wrist. But the bracelet design is superb for handling the weight comfortably.
When you say it bothers you, have you worn the watch for any duration of time? Or are you judging it by a few minutes wearing in a store? Like many things, it may seem very different at first. But once you get used to it after a day or two, you may think yourself silly for fretting so in the store over it.
