Spedmaster in gold - Rare?

Hi!

I just herited a Speedmaster-watch, which seems to be made of gold. I do not like such big, heavy watches (I like more the money), but I want to know, if this a special series? I tried to find something out about it, but couldn't afford it. The Ref.No. is "BA 345.0802.008 OE"; other "serials" are: 145.0039 and 44'632'313. There is engraved "apollo XI - first watch on the moon" in the back. Can anybody tell me, if this is a rare watch?

Maybe you may have a look at it at ebay: http://cgi.ebay.de/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1615334979

Greets,
Doggy

P.S.: Please excuse my bad english, I'm a german native speaker...
