I am considering the purchase of a circa 1948 Omega from Joseph-watches. Caliber 30T2PC. The proprietor informs me that its accuracy is guaranteed to be "better than 30 seconds per day" 9his words). Assuming that it gains or loses the full 30 seconds daily, can you tell me whether this is reasonable accuracy, given the age of the watch and its movement? Also, I believe Mr. Joesph is in Spain. Does this present any problems for U.S. buyers (currency, duty, etc.) Thank you
