These are only sold through official Omega channels, so you are limited to buying through a dealer or by ordering direct from Omega customer service.
One alternative may be to buy a used one from someone who bought one and decided not to use it. I occasionally see such on the Sales Corner at www.timezone.com.
But certainly any standard rubber strap of the correct 20mm width can be used on your watch. Check local watch shops for what options they may have for you.
