Unfortunately with a watch that old, it may not be possible to time it any closer. Wear could be a problem, and the grade and the size of the movement may preclude any finer adjustment.
I've dealt with Gisbert Joseph and have found him to be honest in his descriptions. Packing and shipping were flawless and fast. His prices reflect the quality of the items for sale.
You will pay some duty on a watch coming to the U.S. Unlike some sellers that describe the watches as either parts, or sent-for-repair to avoid customs, Mr. Joseph handles his sales above board.
