Omega Seamaster 120 or IWC Mark XV ?

I am looking at purchasing either the Seamaster or IWC Mk XV Fliegeruhr . Both have the general style I am looking for in a everyday watch. I plan on putting the Seamaster on a leather strap if that is my final choice. My question is one of quality. The Seamaster is 1/2 the price of the Mk XV, is the Mk XV that much better is quality than the Seamaster?
