no one can import a Rolex to USA without Rolex USA giving its approval?
There are a lot of sellers outside of USA that refuses to ship Rolex to USA but they are willing to ship other brands. I've also understood that customs can let this watches through if Rolex approves, but they (Rolex) almost never does. This shouldn't have to do with taxes?
I've should have formulated my question a bit differently, since it wasn't the tax issue I questioned (that I understand is equal to all brands). It was that (like it seems to me) Rolex can prohibit import of used Rolexes into USA, which I belive is Rolex specific and have made me curious. Is this correct or have I misunderstood something?
