Ah... you are right. I missed the part about the 'Electric Blue' dial. But he also specified the BLUE bezel.
So the ultimate answer is that the *exact* watch he asked for does not exist. The ones that Keith has shown are the *closest*--but it is impossible to get both the electric blue dial and a blue bezel on the same SMP. The blue bezel is only available on the dark blue dial models.
