For the answer to the NUMBER #1 most frequently asked question here--for details or value of a specific older Omega watch you have--go to: Tell Me About My Omega. | Learn more about How To Include Photos and HTML In Your Postings. | To contact someone with a question not relevant to other readers of the forum, please click on their email address and contact them privately. |
Best solution is to find a photo of one like it by browsing some of the online sellers of vintage Omegas. Try www.artoftime.com, www.gilliswatches.com and www.joseph-watches.com for starters. Also check eBay.
Once you have a photo, there will be more concrete details for us to lock on to to identify the watch.
When this watch was given to you 15 years ago, was it new then? Or was it already an older model?
Omega headquarters is good about answering, but researching vague descriptions and other questions that require them to dig deep for answers do take longer. Also, I believe their top vintage expert is on vacation the rest of this month.
