This is--at best--an undocumented collectible.
Possibly it is as described, a watch given to Pierce Brosnan as part of a promotional event. Though merely having any inscription you want added to the back of any watch can be done at any shopping mall. So without any documentation that it really came that way from Omega or ever really was owned/used by a celebrity, it is hard to take it seriously.
