Yep, Baruch is right--I've got the exact same thing is on my wrist at the moment!
I have both the green and the gray strap. I ended up liking the gray more than I thought I would. The green looks great with the watch itself. But the gray goes better with most of the casual clothes I wear.
The hard part was getting the NATO green strap in 19mm--since it is supposed to be available in only 18 and 20. I actually thought I was getting the 20mm green, but by a fortunate fluke, I received one from Howard Marx (info@westcoastime.com) that was labeled 20, but actually measures to be exactly 19!
