Perfectly normal. The backs are of a screw down type designed to provide an effective seal against water at significant depths.

A perfect line up of the logo is simple with a cheap snap-on back--but hard with a screw down one. Because of this, it is not practical to make them screw down to the perfect seal *and* the perfect cosmetic position each time. Far more important is the water seal integrity than the cosmetic angle of the logo.
