No--and you should not expect it to.
The situation you described earlier was *clearly* damage due to human error. Warranties protect against defects in the manufacture or materials. But you can't expect Omega to pay to fix damage that you or a third party inflict on your watch.
The responsible party should be the jeweler who damaged the crystal when they worked on your watch. You need to speak to them about the damage they inflicted on your watch.
