GMT hour hand problems.

I returned my GMT back to omega here in the uk a couple of days ago, it's been 14months since I bought the watch, however I had sent in two months after buying to have the hands and dial changed as I was not happy with quality of the original ones, so I thought before the 12month repair/service warranty finishes I would get them to check the watch out.

Firstly over a week long period it would tend to be anywhere from 1minute slow to 2minutes off, which I felt was too much considering my 2531.80 tends to be within 10 seconds at the end of a week.

Secondly, GMT hour hand would lose an hour, and I have even see it do it, where it looks like it is stuck and then after a while it would skip in to place but it would be an hour out by then. What was interesting in the last month it had only done about 5 times, but as it is my daily wear I thought I get it checked out.

Anyone else had any similar faults with the GMT?

regards,
Tarkan
