I have worn both models, and settled on the black/black with sword hands, and "Bond" style bracelet which I much prefer to the less distinctive oyster style "Speedy" bracelet.
If I had the collection you mention, I would probably go with the Bond model. It is more distinctive IMHO and a very pretty watch. But for my everyday watch to wear, the black/black is easier for me to read. However, the marker at 12:00 and the larger numbers on the elapsed time bezel are less subtle on the newer models, which distract from the traditional look and make it a little less dressy in those respects.
