"I have the Revue Thommen watch with date hand jumping to next day exactly in 24:00 +\- 15...20sec."
May be you remember I was looking for the new date hand for my Revue Thommen Cricket Club for a long time (practically for a year). But it was without any success 8-(. A couple of weeks ago I posted the email direct to Grovana but without any hope for something. We all sometimes discussed the customer support by watch brands. So what I'd like to say is - I received the answer from Janine Schaub, a manager from Grovana, as I guessed he offered me to inform them about my postal address for sending HANDS. I was not be able to believe my own eyes... But now I'm holding my lovely Revue in my hands with date hand jumping to next day exactly in 24:00 +\- 15...20sec. I 've done this work myself but with GROVANAs support 8-). They send me a set of hands for my watch which are not produced for now and in seven days they were mine!
I did not know the name Grovana at all - before that time when Revue Thommen factory was bankrupt because of the management problems. But now it is known - GROVANA is the greatest modern owner of Revue Thommen watch factory. Shuch the story.
Thanks Grovana. Vyacheslav.
: ... can easily readjust both of them to be closer to midnight.
