Hello,
I just wanted to post a message about some cosmetic defects on my 2332.80 SMP.
The second hand is bent slightly so that the counterbalance is at a slight angle to the main part of the second hand. The Superlite material overlaps some of the gold marker borders. And there is a black spec on the superlite on the ten o'clock marker.
Just wondered if there are any common experiences, or helpful comments.
I have already spoken with the Customer Service Center in PA, and they said there is a service center in Boca Raton FL near where I live, but I do not want to open the watch for this, although I find it annoying that a watch of this stature would have these cosmetic defects. Omega said that since they are aware of it now, they will take care of it when I have the watch serviced in four to five years.
Thanks,
Rob
