Easy for a jeweler to do with the right tools. But definitely not something you can do yourself.

This is a change that Omega will cooperate with, as you are not turning your watch into anything that they don't already sell as a similar model. You should be able to get an Omega dealer to do this for around $100--and you'll get to keep the old bezel should you wish to change back!
