I don't know about authorized dealers, but non- authorized one's certainly do. I was just quoted a price of about 1,700 on a new moonwatch, compared to about $2,500 list, from a local jeweler who would have to order it from some source. He said it might take 3 weeks to get it though.
I would prefer to go through an authorized dealer but the nearest one is a mall store an hour and a half away with no onsite repair facilities or staff. I'd like to buy from an authorized dealer but buying local at a 32% discount is pretty appealing.
