Hello all,
I had sent a message about my watch and cosmetic defects. The second hand slightly bent and superlite on markers sloppy, and a black spec on one marker.
Advice was to have Omega give a new watch. I tried that route and they said I could have the dealer replace. I called the dealer, but since I bought it in may (and they are in Alaska and I am in Florida) they told me if I send it in since it is under warranty that they will make it "perfect". I was thinking of just waiting until the four to five year service (I have saved the email correspondence with Omega as proof).
Should I wait and have the cosmetic defects fixed later? Or, should I do it now, and do I need to worry about them opening the watch, and having to replace the dial and the second hand?
Thanks,
Rob
