Ironically, that requires a simpler and cheaper bracelet design than Omega uses on the SMP.
That feature is on the bracelets for the Dynamic and Speedmaster Reduced. But the fancier bracelets on most other Omega's watches are too solid to be able to integrate such a quickie adjustment.
