Re: Rolex. Good?
In Response To: Re: Rolex. Good? ()

I owned a rolex submariner for 5 years & just sold it to buy a new BLK on BLK SMP. My Rolex was a good watch but as Zowie said it is over priced. For me the other concern that I had was that it was a bit to flashy, peaple were always coming to me & saying "Gee is that a Rolex". It made me feel uncomfortable. The SMP in my opinion is a more unique watch & has more character in detail. You always see peaple with fake rolex watches or similar styles. I'm not knocking Rolex but in my opinion it is just not worth the money.

To your question on the clasp, the Omega clasp is far superior than the Rolex & I know first hand I've owned both. If your not sure go to dealer of Rolex & really study the watch. Pay attention to the bracelet try it on & compare it with your Omega. I found the Omega more low key & not so much in your face. If you want a bright & flashy watch then the way to go is Rolex in my opinion.

I hope I've kind of helped you out & good watch hunting. May the Omega force be with you!!!!!!!!!!!
