Rajesh,
I sent my SMP auto to Omega UK via my local Ernest Jones branch & experienced some delays (see my earlier posts!). However, when the watch came back the job they had done was superb! Strap cleaned, refinished, watch recalibrated..loses about 1 sec a day! I've had it for 3 years & this was first service so no complaints with quality just timescales!
If you want to ensure your watch does not go 'missing' as mine did, my advice would be:
1. Make sure you know when agent has sent it & you get a repair number from them!!
2. Make sure omega have booked it into their system. They use dealer name & repair numbers to track work (mine went missing for 3 weeks here!!)
3. Get Omega to give you estimate of date (It can vary from 3-6 weeks depending on how busy they are!!).
Hope this helps!
