Here's a link that provides a partial explanation (it seems to leave out the date setting, which your watch probably has). Try setting the crown in the date-setting position and turning it the opposite direction from the date-setting direction; One of the hour hands should move independently of the other three hands. If that doesn't work, check for another crown position (pulled out one notch farther than the time-setting position). As movements can differ, I recommend that you re-post your question with the year (estimated, if necessary) of manufacture of your watch... It's an Omega right? Just want to be sure.
