No, that is a completely outrageous price for what you asked. The all-steel links for your watch cost about $28 each direct from Omega.
The $189 might be the correct price for the links for the *solid gold* version of the Seamaster Pro (which is a $15,000 watch!). But if that dealer is not even competent enough to look up a simple price for a common part, I wouldn't trust them for anything else.
