Re: omega ''DINOSAUR''+omega ''MAGIC''

The OMEGA "Dinosaur" (1980) and the "Magic Watch" (1981) were among the flattest industrially produced wristwatches in the world. Essentially they were astoundingly thin quartz watches that used a LCD technology to display "hands" while the quartz movement was around, not behind the display for extra thinness. The Magic Watch took it a step further by using a clear back so that you could see through the watch--making the hands appear to magically float in the glass center of the watch.

For photos, try the official Omega web site at www.omegawatches.com and check in the OMEGA MUSEUM section under years 1980 and 1981.
