Omega DeVille

I have a stainless steel Omega Automatic DeVille with date, classic model i think... with blue dial face and signed DE VILLE on the face as well as back case. There is also an engraved "Tool 107" below the deVille signature at the back of the case. There isn't seemed to have an opening of the case. It's not a screw back or snap-on case. How to open the case?
